Strategic Review
Pursuant to section 86 of the Integrity Act 2009, every five years a strategic review must be conducted of the Integrity Commissioner’s functions, including a report of the Commissioner’s performance of the functions, to assess whether they are being performed economically, effectively, and efficiently.
On 11 March 2021, Mr Kevin Yearbury PSM was appointed as the Strategic Reviewer. Mr Yearbury PSM’s Strategic Review of the Integrity Commissioner’s Functions was completed on 30 September 2021 and tabled on 14 October 2021.
