Annual 31 July requirements

Registered lobbyists must submit a statutory declaration to the Integrity Commissioner by 31 July each year which includes:

  • confirmation that the information provided during registration remains correct (including the name of each third-party client the lobbyist has carried out lobbying activity for in the previous 12 months)
  • a new statutory declaration if required for an application for registration.

A statutory declaration must be made using the correct form for the state or territory from which the person wishes to lobby. See statutory declaration forms for each state or territory.
