  • some outcome is sought.

Complaints can be made via:

In making a complaint you need to:

  • provide all relevant information including a clear description of your concern or issue and the desired resolution
  • cooperate in a respectful way and be aware that unreasonable conduct (PDF, 102KB) will not be tolerated
  • understand that complex complaints can take time to assess, manage and resolve
  • be aware some decisions cannot be overturned or changed using the OQIC complaints management framework
  • inform OQIC of changes affecting the complaint, including if help is no longer required
  • request an internal review within 20 days of receiving the outcome of the complaint if dissatisfied with the way the complaint was handled or if you believe the outcome to be unreasonable.

More information about how OQIC handles complaints is outlined in the OQIC Customer complaints management procedure (PDF, 287KB).
